Breach of Xarxa Santa Tecla, a Catalan healthcare network (part of the Health & Government of Catalonia system). The leaked data includes plaintext system credentials for multiple internal portals, a medical equipment inventory database (229 records from a blood bank/electromedicine unit), and a worker roster with 14 employees including full names, DNI (Spanish national ID numbers), email addresses, and usernames. The threat actors (@keishell, @noname8173) published credentials and internal databases.
