This is not a breach archive but rather a compilation of password wordlists/dictionaries used for password cracking and security testing. The collection (labeled 'словари' meaning 'dictionaries' in Russian) contains well-known public wordlists including rockyou, phpbb, myspace, hotmail, facebook phishing dumps, alypaa (Finnish site), carders.cc, conficker worm passwords, cain & abel wordlist, and various specialized lists (WPA passwords, fuzzing strings, date-based passwords, web extensions). These are standard pentesting/cracking resources, not a breach of a specific company.
