In October 2026, the Discord server protection and bot service Double Counter suffered a data breach attributed to a vulnerability in the Metabase analytics tool. Attackers gained access to a subset of user data including approximately 275,000 unique email addresses and Discord usernames. A small number of records belonging to paying subscribers processed via Stripe also included names, countries, and postcodes. The breach was verified by Have I Been Pwned and subsequently published on PwnForums.
